       冠达星冷链食品产业园总投资为15亿元,规划占地面积为60多亩，总建筑面积为12万平方米,冷藏库容量为20万多立方米，是一个集冷冻冷藏、农产品（冷冻食品）交易、供应链金融、冷链物流配送、智能停车、智能办公、高级公寓、食品安全溯源系统等为一体的高标准冷链食品产业园项目。

Guandaxing Cold Chain Food Industrial Park  has a total investment of 1.5 billion yuan, covering a planned area of over 60 mu (about 40,000 square meters). With a total construction area of 120,000 square meters and a cold storage capacity of more than 200,000 cubic meters, it is a high-standard cold chain food industrial park integrating frozen and refrigerated storage, agricultural product (frozen food) trading, supply chain finance, cold chain logistics and distribution, intelligent parking, intelligent office, high-end apartments, and food safety traceability system.

       项目位于泉州市和晋江市中心城区中部的晋江市池店镇，在泉州新华州水产品、禾富水果、禾恒蔬菜三大农贸批发市场旁，形成成熟完善的农贸批发商圈。地理位置优越，道路交通发达，紧邻324国道和泉安公路，距离最近高速路口仅2.5公里，15分钟内可达泉州、晋江两大中心城区，还可辐射厦漳泉都市圈和闽西南等地区。

As an industrial standardized park project with divisible sales and independent property rights, Guandaxing Cold Chain Food Industrial Park  will adopt two business models—leasing and selling—after completion. It will cooperate with numerous merchants and enterprises engaged in frozen food, agricultural product wholesale, and frozen/refrigerated logistics and distribution for joint development and operation.
